Kaylee and Tyler just finished an incredible week at BYU for the Young Ambassador's Singing Entertainer's Camp (aka YASE). They had an incredible week. The both performed solos in front of over 100 people and did amazingly well. On Friday at the final production Kaylee amazed us as she performed with her buddy Tarzan as a dancing, singing, cavorting monkey. Tyler sang the lead part in "Brotherhood of Man" from "How to Succeed in Business..." He danced, sang and "shu-bopped" to our utter astonishment! Tyler was also selected to perform his solo "A Bit of Earth" from "The Secret Garden" for the show. He was incredible. We are so amazed at the talent of both of these performing geniuses!

Tyler has had a great time playing Nahthali (yup that's really Joseph's Brother) in "Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat" at Roger's Memorial Theater. Tickets are sold out for all performances so they added 4 more days and tickets are going fast! It's been a great opportunity to perform a great bible story to hundreds of people. Tyler does a great job and has had a fun summer being Napthali, go go Tyler!
I went with my BFF Julie to St. George for an artist's retreat. She paints watercolors and I paint oils. We spent the morning's painting the afternoons going to art galleries and looking at paintings, shopping, eating out and the evenings at Tuacahn and watching "Mama Mia". What an awesome weekend. We plan on painting at Thanksgiving point, Red Butte Gardens and wherever we find beauty! I had an amazing weekend with an incredible friend. Thanks Jules!!!!
